■ Timing of Payment Payment is processed at the time the reservation is confirmed. For certain optional services, additional payment may be required after “advance reservation.”
■ Cancellation Policy Cancellation Date : Cancellation Fee Rate (based on accommodation/usage fee) Up to 30 days before the start date: Free 29–14 days prior: 20% 13–8 days prior: 50% 7–2 days prior: 80% Day before, same day, or no-show: 100% Refunds will be processed according to the method of payment.
■ Provision of Services The service will be provided on the reserved start date. Optional items will be provided at check-in or placed in the guest room.
■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations Due to the nature of the services, refunds cannot be issued after the start of use. If an optional item cannot be provided, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
■ Special Conditions • Minors staying without a guardian must submit a parental consent form. • Use by antisocial forces is strictly prohibited.
