• Identification documents (driver’s license, My Number card, residence card, passport, etc.)
• Information required for guest registry records
• Payment information (credit card details are managed by payment service providers such as GMO)

2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The personal information obtained by the Company will be used for the following purposes:
• Reservation management and performance of contractual obligations
• Identity verification and legally required notifications
• Emergency communication and safety management
• Statistical analysis for service quality improvement (without identifying individuals)
• Responding to inquiries

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
• When required by laws and regulations

• When necessary for contract performance, such as with payment service providers, cleaning companies, or management contractors

The Company does not store credit card information. All card data is processed and managed securely by payment service providers such as GMO Payment Gateway.

The Company will respond promptly and in accordance with applicable laws to requests from individuals for the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their personal information.
